The House

Apartments accredited with the European Mark: Natura 2000 Network,
for our commitment to sustainability, care and environmental protection,
and for showing rural, cultural and ethnographic values.

THE HOUSE consists of:

3 apartments located on the first floor, which are accessed from a large common dining room.

- Each apartment has a kitchen-living room, double or matrimonial bedroom and bathroom, with a sofa bed in each living room.
- They all have a wood-burning fireplace, individual heating, an equipped kitchen, and linen in the bedroom and in the bathroom.
- The house has a free parking area outside, and is surrounded by a quiet and pleasant garden with furniture to rest or eat outdoors, and a 10,000-meter farm with wonderful views, orchard and fruit trees.

Work or meeting room for 6/8 people, equipped with a projector and Wi-Fi.

Complementary SERVICES to accommodation:

- Free parking.
- Free Wi-Fi in common areas.
- Change of linen every 4 nights, free. Optional daily change with cost: €6
- Laundry service (€5/wash) and ironing service (€2/piece). 1 free service for weekly stays.
- Daily cleaning of the apartment: €15.

Somiedo

The Paradise ...

In the highest area of ​​the Somiedo Natural Park, bordering the province of León, are the glacial valleys; one of them opens at the foot of the Rebezo (at an altitude of 1,664 m), in the braña de Sousas, descending 900 meters for 6 km. To close on the capital of the council.

Dividing this beautiful valley is the river La Cueva, or del Coto. On it, 6 bridges join both banks, the royal road and the two towns that make up the parish.

Located in the middle of the birds, under the beech forest of La Enramada, is Coto de Buenamadre, today silent due to depopulation, although between the 16th and 19th centuries it was one of the four administrative entities of Somiedo, and to which Urria, Valle del Lago, San Pedro and La Pola belonged. These last two towns, which for some time were cattle ranches, today form the capital of the council.
